Please read these terms carefully before using WhatsMyCoin.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Arnion LLC ("Arnion"). Arnion operates WhatsMyCoin (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service provides coin identification and precious metals information tools. Depending on the features available to you, those tools may include photo or document scanning, estimated coin characteristics and values, market information, receipt processing, and portfolio tracking or analytics.
You may use our Service to:
- Identify supported coins and review estimated characteristics or values
- Track a personal precious metals portfolio where that feature is available
- Upload photos, documents, spreadsheets, or receipts that you are authorized to use
- Access available identification results, market data, or analytics
- Export your data for personal use where export tools are available
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
You are prohibited from:
- ✕Uploading false, fraudulent, or misleading receipts or information
- ✕Using the Service for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- ✕Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- ✕Scraping or harvesting data from the Service
- ✕Impersonating another person or entity
- ✕Sharing your account with unauthorized users
- ✕Using automated systems or bots to access the Service
Identification and Portfolio Tools
WhatsMyCoin provides tools for identifying supported coins and understanding precious metals. Where available, the Service may also provide portfolio tracking for metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Identification results, estimated values, and market prices are informational only and are not professional appraisals or financial advice.
Scan and Document Processing
Our AI-assisted scanning may analyze coin photos or extract transaction data from uploaded documents. You must review all generated or extracted information. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because of image quality, document format, lighting, wear, or other factors.
Data and Results Accuracy
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your data and results. WhatsMyCoin is an identification and information tool only; it does not authenticate, appraise, or grade coins, and it does not verify precious metals, dealers, or transactions.
Account Creation
You may create an account using an email address or anonymous username. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If using an anonymous account, losing access credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your data.
Account Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Arnion LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Precious metals investments carry risk, and you should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arnion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Arnion LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, documents, receipts, portfolio data, and other content you submit. By using the Service, you grant Arnion LLC a limited license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.
Credits System
Certain features may require credits. Credits are purchased through our third-party payment processor. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for credits or services at any time. Existing credit balances will not be affected by price changes.
Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's applicable terms of service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arnion LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Arnion LLC's failure to enforce a right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
